The Chairman of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI) met with Mr. Mohammad Moqaddasi, Deputy Head of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, and Sadrzadeh, Head of Exhibitions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
They discussed the expansion of trade and economic cooperation and the strengthening of relations between the private sectors of the two countries.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on organizing trade exhibitions, holding B2B meetings, expanding economic engagement, and increasing the presence of Iranian companies in the Afghan market.
The Iranian delegation proposed inviting Iranian economic officials, ministers, and governors of industrial and production-oriented provinces to participate in the Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) Exhibition. The proposal was welcomed by the Chairman of ACCI.
At the end of the meeting, both sides emphasized facilitating the travel of traders and investors and strengthening direct engagement between the private sectors of Afghanistan and Iran.
