Membership Benefits

A set of base services are offered to all members irrespective of their membership category. The services offering are then scaled up from the baseline services in accordance with their membership category. Moving forward, ACCI endeavors to deliver more targeted services to its members.

Membership Categories and Benefits

First Category (Standard Membership)

Holders of this membership category, with an annual membership fee of AFN 2,000, are entitled to the following services:

  • 1. Facilitation of meetings with the Executive Board, in coordination with the relevant specialized committee, to address and resolve member company issues.
  • 2. Arrangement of dedicated meetings with the Chamber's Executive Board.
  • 3. Facilitation of awareness programs, guidance sessions, capacity-building initiatives, and technical advisory services to enhance the capacity of member companies.
  • 4. Introduction to domestic exhibitions in Kabul and the provinces upon the member company's request.
  • 5. Provision of economic news and information from reliable sources via email and WhatsApp groups.
  • 6. 5% discount on the preparation of business plans, commercial contracts, and business proposals.
  • 7. Women entrepreneurs holding a Standard Membership Card are eligible to enjoy the benefits of the Silver Membership category.
  • 8. Issuance of the Chamber's Standard Membership Card.

Second Category (Silver Membership)

Holders of this membership category, with an annual membership fee of AFN 15,000, are entitled to all First Category (Standard Membership) services, in addition to the following:

  • 1. Preparation and issuance of official letters to relevant government and non-government institutions for advocacy, follow-up, and resolution of member issues (up to two times).
  • 2. Technical advisory services provided by the Chamber's specialized committees to strengthen and expand member companies' business activities.
  • 3. Facilitation of joint business activities and investment partnerships between domestic and international companies.
  • 4. Facilitation of obtaining foreign visas for business and investment purposes (up to three times).
  • 5. Issuance of membership confirmation letters to expedite the processing of members' commercial documents.
  • 6. Issuance of recommendation letters confirming company membership (up to two times).
  • 7. Listing of member companies in the Chamber's E-Directory, categorized by business sector.
  • 8. Facilitation of the review and resolution of members' concerns through the Chamber's provincial and district complaint-handling forums.
  • 9. 10% discount on the preparation of business plans, commercial contracts, and business proposals.
  • 10. 15% discount on the rental of the Chamber's conference halls and training centers.
  • 11. 15% discount on commercial advertisements published in the Chamber's publications.
  • 12. Introduction of members to partner service providers (private universities, higher education institutions, hotels, and airlines) to benefit from agreed discounts under existing cooperation agreements.
  • 13. Facilitation of participation in business conferences, B2B meetings, trade delegations, and domestic and international exhibitions organized by the Chamber.
  • 14. 10% discount on the fourth-year membership renewal for members who renew continuously for three consecutive years.
  • 15. 10% discount for companies that purchase a three-year membership in a single payment.
  • 16. Issuance of the Chamber's Type B Vehicle Card for member companies.
  • 17. Issuance of a certificate of appreciation to member companies that have demonstrated outstanding and measurable contributions to economic activities.
  • 18. Women entrepreneurs holding a Silver Membership Card are eligible to receive the benefits of the Gold Membership category.
  • 19. Issuance of the Chamber's Silver Membership Card.

Third Category (Gold Membership)

Holders of this membership category, with an annual membership fee of AFN 30,000, are entitled to all First Category (Standard Membership) and Second Category (Silver Membership) services, in addition to the following:

  • 1. Introduction of members to financial institutions and lending organizations (the Chamber's responsibility is limited to introducing the company and does not extend to other related obligations).
  • 2. Publication of the member company's logo (trademark) on the Chamber's website.
  • 3. Facilitation of members' participation in exhibitions and business meetings with domestic and international entrepreneurs to promote trade and investment.
  • 4. Facilitation of obtaining foreign visas for business and investment purposes.
  • 5. Signing of cooperation agreements for organizing exhibitions and conferences initiated by member companies.
  • 6. Coordination with diplomatic channels to assist in addressing and resolving members' issues abroad.
  • 7. Facilitation of resolving commercial disputes through consultative meetings and mediation led by the Chamber's leadership.
  • 8. Publication and dissemination of national and international tender and procurement announcements by creating a user account for members on kabul-tenders.org.
  • 9. Provision of information on business and investment opportunities at the national, regional, and international levels.
  • 10. 25% discount on commercial advertisements published in the Chamber's publications.
  • 11. 25% discount on the rental of the Chamber's conference halls.
  • 12. Organization of special networking programs to strengthen business relations with representatives of the international community, senior government officials, and private sector leaders.
  • 13. Issuance of the Chamber's A2 Vehicle Card.
  • 14. Women entrepreneurs holding a Gold Membership Card are eligible to receive the benefits of the Platinum Membership category.
  • 15. Issuance of the Chamber's Gold Membership Card.

Fourth Category (Platinum Membership)

Holders of this membership category, with an annual membership fee of AFN 60,000, are entitled to all First Category (Standard Membership), Second Category (Silver Membership), and Third Category (Gold Membership) services, in addition to the following:

  • 1. Facilitation of presenting business and investment proposals to relevant national and international institutions.
  • 2. Assessment and follow-up of members' challenges through the Chamber's specialized committees, with referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
  • 3. Delivery of the Chamber's Market Economy magazine to members' offices upon each publication.
  • 4. 50% discount on commercial advertisements published in the Chamber's publications.
  • 5. 50% discount on the rental of the Chamber's conference halls.
  • 6. Facilitation of members' participation, both in person and virtually, in major national and international economic forums to identify and connect with potential business partners.
  • 7. Linking members' corporate websites to the Chamber's official website, together with the display of their company logo for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • 8. Issuance of invitations to members for conferences, seminars, forums, and other events organized by the Chamber.
  • 9. Issuance of the Chamber's Type A Vehicle Card.
  • 10. Issuance of the Chamber's Platinum Membership Card.

Fifth Category (VIP Membership)

Holders of this membership category, with an annual membership fee of AFN 250,000, are entitled to all First Category (Standard Membership), Second Category (Silver Membership), Third Category (Gold Membership), and Fourth Category (Platinum Membership) services, in addition to the following:

  • 1. Facilitation of meetings with government leadership, public institutions, and other relevant organizations to present economic and commercial proposals related to the member's sector and company, following analysis and evaluation by the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI).
  • 2. Arrangement of exclusive meetings with representatives of the international community and donor organizations to attract technical and financial support for the member's sector.
  • 3. Facilitation of participation in major international economic and trade forums held abroad with the participation of senior government officials.
  • 4. Organization and publication of an annual exclusive interview with the member company in the Chamber's Market Economy magazine, highlighting its achievements, business activities, and innovative initiatives.
  • 5. Organization of an annual exclusive business dialogue with member companies, including publication of the recorded session through the Chamber's media platforms (website and social media), and communication of members' proposals, challenges, and innovative economic initiatives to the relevant authorities following the Chamber's assessment.
  • 6. Regular publication of the member company's logo (trademark) in the Market Economy magazine.
  • 7. Promotion of the member company's logo through the Chamber's official website and social media platforms.
  • 8. Priority seating and protocol arrangements for member companies at conferences, seminars, and other events organized or co-organized by the Chamber.
  • 9. Where feasible, facilitation of opportunities for member companies to deliver presentations and showcase their business proposals at business forums, B2B conferences, and national and international events organized or supported by the Chamber.
  • 10. 75% discount on commercial advertisements published in the Chamber's publications.
  • 11. 75% discount on the rental of the Chamber's conference halls.
  • 12. Issuance of the Chamber's Type A Vehicle Card.
  • 13. Issuance of the Chamber's VIP Membership Card.
