A meeting between the Chairmen of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment and the Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines was held to review the process of establishing and completing the required procedures for the joint-stock company.
During the meeting, the legal, administrative, and technical aspects of the company were discussed and views were exchanged. The participants also discussed the appointment of an eleven-member commission to engage with traders and investors across the country and identify interested, active, committed, and reputable shareholders.
The Chairmen of both Chambers emphasized accelerating the relevant procedures, ensuring effective coordination among the concerned institutions, and establishing a clear framework for advancing the affairs of the joint-stock company.
