The third meeting of the Technical Committee on the Establishment of a Joint-Stock Company was held with the participation of the presidents of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI) and the Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines, along with a number of members of the boards of directors of both institutions.
During the meeting, members of the Technical Committee discussed and exchanged views on key issues related to the establishment and registration of the joint-stock company, including the type and structure of the company, founders and shareholders, the number and value of shares, the amount of initial investment, the method of arranging and distributing shares, the company’s legal and management framework, and the procedures for completing the legal and administrative stages of registration and obtaining a business license.
The technical and legal requirements for the company’s establishment phase, as well as the necessary measures to advance the process in an organized and transparent manner, were also reviewed, along with the views and recommendations of committee members.
At the end of the meeting, following a summary of the discussions, the necessary instructions were issued to advance the affairs, complete the technical and legal reviews, and expedite the legal procedures for establishing the company.
The meeting was held to strengthen coordination among committee members and create the foundation for establishing an organized, transparent, and professionally structured joint-stock company.
