Introduction:
The ACCI Business Development Services & Capacity Building Programs
(BDS & CBP) Department is dedicated to help ACCI members to start a
business or expand an existing operation. In addition, we organize
seminars and trainings courses for the business community members in
order to increase their capacity.
The main strategy of the department is to standardize and make
systematic the business activities in the country through capacity
building programs, preparing technical documents, and procurement
technical assistance to bring positive changes in the business
activities.
Our Services:
ü
Access to Capital:
Through this department you can find funding and credit sources. We
provide information on fund and loan opportunities and will refer
our members to commercial banks and other financial and funding
institutions and companies. We believe through the close relation
that we have with all donors and commercial banks operating in
Afghanistan, your chances of getting fund and loan will highly be
increased.

Preparing Technical Documents:
As we considered, most businesspeople in the county are not able to
prepare technical documents for their businesses. Therefore, we
prepare technical documents such as; business plan, project
proposal, company profile, fact sheet, contract
documents/agreements, etc for the business community members.

Capacity Building Programs:
We organize seminars and training courses on business management,
procurement procedures, and other business related subjects for the
business community members. All courses include class materials,
hand outs, and completion certificates. It is worth to be mentioned
that we organize these programs with financial support of donors or
in cooperation with various intuitions those are working on capacity
building programs in the country.

Procurement Technical Assistance (PTA):
We collect tender information and projects offers (RFPs & RFQs) from
the governmental & non-governmental
organizations and disseminate them among the ACCI members. Besides,
we guide our members on how to apply for these projects and tenders
and how successfully obtain those.

Website Development:
Our team has working partners in
information technology than can develop websites for companies.
